Governance

Our Board of Directors maintains active oversight of climate-related issues. Strategic climate goals are set by the CEO, while the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) execute these directives. Dedicated Risk, Product, and Compliance teams ensure continuous monitoring, strict adherence to internal policies, and regular reporting to management committees.

Investment

Management We rigorously evaluate climate risks for relevance and materiality across all portfolios:

• Relevance: We assess the investment horizon, sector, geography, asset class, and carbon emissions of portfolio assets.

• Materiality: We use qualitative analysis (evaluating corporate mitigation efforts) and quantitative scoring models (ranking risk as Low, Medium, or High).

• Asset Application: For fixed income strategies, we apply a bottom-up approach evaluating specific issuer risk profiles. For global equities, we utilize a top-down approach assessing physical and transition risks at the country and sector levels.
